Firstly, thank you for shopping at Lazy Days Loungewear. We stand behind our clothing and we want you to be super satisfied with them. While our garments are always produced with careful attention to quality, if something you purchased is faulty we will provide you with a replacement or full refund on that item.
Please choose carefully and if you have any questions regarding sizing and fit, please email us prior to ordering. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, please follow the steps below to exchange.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels attached.
Goods returned damaged due to inadequate return packing will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are requesting an exchange, please provide a prepaid post satchel for the new item to be sent to you.
Clothing that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return
We try and reproduce all prints and colours accurately on our website but differences may occur. Some of our designer's prints are hand screen-printed and due to the nature of hand printing irregularities can occur. We believe that these enhance rather than detract from our garments.
Refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When your item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer’s policies.
Your refund/exchange may take up to 5 working days to be processed. We will keep you notified.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
